SQL Server 구입하는 방법

SQL Server Standard

Server와 CAL을 구입하거나 코어 라이선스를 구입합니다. 코어 라이선스는 2개의 코어 당 하나의 라이선스를 구입하는 것으로 사용자 수에 제한이 없습니다.
CAL은 접속할 수 있는 서버 수에 제한이 없습니다. 따라서 서버의 수, 사용자 수를 종합적으로 고려하여 적절한 구입 방법을 정하셔야 합니다.

SQL Server Enterprise

SQL Server Enterprise는 코어 라이선스로만 구입할 수 있습니다. 코어 2개 당 하나의 라이선스가 필요하며, 사용자 수에 제한이 없습니다.
처음 구입할 때는 SA(Software Assurance)를 같이 구입해야 하며, SA 기간 만료 후 SA 연장 여부를 정할 수 있습니다.
